Practice! Practice! Practice!

A few weeks ago I told I bought a book "How to draw lifelike Portraits" by Lee Hammond . Almost every chapter ends with a summary of do's and don'ts ... and ... the instructions: "practice - practice - practice".

So that is what I started to do: here the first results - remember: I have never drawn a human face (of part of it) before...

IF: Impatience

My bunny-friend really needs to go, but he can't ... yet - he has to wait.

I can imagine he feels a bit impatient.

My first blog award!

Today I received a message from Cheryl Lynn and Art Fan Ako that they both nominated me for this award - the first blog-award for me! I feel so honored to be part of those creative spirits.

Bella Sinclair is a wonderful artist whose husband passed away recently. This award is a token of inspiration for other artist out there to continue sharing their wonderful talent because there are people out there who care.

IF: Modify

I told my bunny-friend not to modify the temperature of the oven... now his cookies are inedible.
