IF: Equipment

The same illustration, but with different equipment.
One is done with watercolor, the other with Derwent Colorsoft's - I really would like to work more with that.

  1. Beiden olifanten zijn mooi gemaakt, maar de olifant getekend met Derwent Colorsoft's vind ik het mooist.

  2. I love watercolor but the texture from the Derwent colorsoft's has so much more appeal...to me anyway. Love the illustration.

  3. Hahahaha! I love elephants, even from this angle. It's great how different media will give you a whole different feel. Both of these are great!

  4. That's a fun project, Brigitte, to paint the same illustration using different media. I like using color pencil as well, but it is a lot more time consuming than watercolors :-)

  14. I love this interpretation of the theme! I came across your blog because I saw that you had also painted a brown pelican for the ripple project and we are both in the Netherlands.
