What's wrong with this picture?

... nothing, you'd say. Perhaps "Some of the cupcakes are already missing - who ate them?"

I'll tell you what's wrong... last week my hubby came home and brought a newspaper (he gets it for free in the train). There was a special (click) in this newspaper about celiac's disease and that people should know more about it (a lot of people have it, without knowing). And there was a nice recipe for cupcakes - for cheap cupcakes - made with rice flour (glutenfree mix for cake of cupcakes is usally very expensive). So I thought: 'let me try that!'

Followed the instructions, added some lemon flavoring and put them in the oven. When time was up, I cut one open to see the structure of the cake and I was very pleased! But then I tasted one... strange taste... I had totally forgotten to add the sugar....Smiley

  2. Misschien een heleboel poedersuiker over strooien? Of glazuur? Of jam?

  3. Hahaha! Re: forgetting the sugar--I do things like that all the time when I cook or bake. I suppose you could just call them biscuits! Btw, thanks for your nice comment on my IF post :)
